Macildowie is excited to be supporting a national business compliance company in Hinckley that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety to over 14,000 businesses across the UK. The Role
As an HR customer support consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting clients with HR-related queries, providing high-quality documentation, and ensuring that all materials meet legal standards. This is a busy and fast-paced role that requires a strong understanding of Employment Law, specifically relating to policy wording and requirements. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be reviewing and drafting various HR documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client requests in line with company policy
2. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, video call, and email
3. Draft new documents and review/examine existing ones, offering critiques where necessary
4. Provide timely, efficient HR support to clients
5. Meet deadlines and targets consistently
6. Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions
7. Use company systems and databases to manage client information
About You:
1. Previous experience in Employment Law or HR is essential
2. Ideally, you will be degree-level educated and CIPD qualified (though this is not essential)
3. Strong knowledge of employment practices
4. Confident communicator, with a client-facing approach and the ability to handle phone queries
5. Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
6. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
7. High attention to detail is a must
8. Experience working with KPIs or targets is a plus
