About the role:
Based in Central London (Hybrid):
1. Ensure services provided are delivered on an integrated basis and partnering arrangements with external providers improve the quality of services and provide value for money.
2. Accountable for the development and application of a unified customer services strategy.
3. Accountable for developing and directing the corporate activities of the Council at a strategic delivery level.
4. Drive significant cultural change through the corporate infrastructure
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
5. Extensive experience within a Local Authority delivering outstanding customer service, resident experience and strategy.
6. Relevant qualifications and evidence of CPD.
7. Excellent stakeholder management skills
8. Extensive experience in a similar role

9. Salary: £600+ per day Inside IR35
