Job Description
We are working with a global advisory firm who are looking to grow their SAP practice. This practice supports some of the largest global companies by guiding them through their business transformations with their Digital ERP Solutions. Their services cover strategy, implementation, and innovation, enabling clients to drive value and accomplish their transformation agendas.
The Role
* Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
* Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Manage geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor environments.
* Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
* Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams for program success.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
* Extensive experience leading business transformation programs with a proven track record in end-to-end SAP delivery.
* Strong leadership in complex environments involving multi-vendor, distributed teams.
* Deep knowledge of setting up programs for success, including IT, business, and change elements.
* Ability to design and apply structured program delivery frameworks effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
* Skilled in leading teams through proposal preparation, financial management, and presentations.
* Substantial client-facing consulting experience, with multiple full lifecycle SAP programs (ECC and S/4 HANA), including large, multi-country rollouts.
* Experience in global delivery, offshore resource management, and mentoring.
* Proficiency in gathering, synthesizing, and communicating information for diverse audiences.
* Willingness to travel for project-related needs.
