As a People / HR Business Partner you will provide HR Generalist support, working closely with senior leaders to drive organisational development and People strategy. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our office in Newcastle-under-Lyme; however, some travel to different locations in the UK may be required, so candidates must be willing and able to travel.
Your role will involve:
* Leveraging people analytics to inform strategic HR decisions and workforce planning.
* Assisting with the design and implementation of organisational structures that align with business objectives.
* Leading change management initiatives to support business growth.
* Supporting the implementation of leadership development, training, and succession planning.
* Supporting employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and HR compliance in line with UK employment laws.
* Providing insights on compensation strategies, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
* Collaborating with the wider People team to align rewards and incentives with business goals.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
We are looking for a new team member who will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience. You should have a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, along with HR Generalist experience, specifically a passion for People Analytics and/or Organisational development.
Working Hours: This is a full-time role, usually Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm.
