Role Overview As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries. You will take responsibility for asset management, hardware support, monitoring network security, Windows security, Server security and end user day to day support. Take ownership of support tickets based on organisational SLA’s / KPI’s. Assist in the administration of a multi-site server / network infrastructure. Assist and support the ICT Manager and Head of ICT with the provision of a high quality, reliable, secure and compliant IT service to all staff and volunteers within Norfolk and Waveney Mind. Experience • 2 years’ experience with 1st line IT support • Relevant experience supporting Windows server and desktop machines. • Knowledge of Active Directory The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of: • Windows Server – 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 • Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11 • Microsoft Office – 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Office 365 • Office 365 – Administration of mailboxes, mail flow, rules, licensing etc. • Active Directory • IT Security • IPv4 Based Networking Please refer to the job description for more information.
