This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to support the management of aviation portfolio technical data through best-in-class systems and processes. The TSM will work with internal and external parties to streamline technical data workflows and improve data accessibility across functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Manage asset configuration through coordination with external support providers
* Perform data audits, maintain current/accurate specs of all aircraft and engines.
* Work with the technical team to manage Maintenance Reserve claims
* Work to improvedata visibility and accessibility for management reports, and analytics.
* Manage aircraft and engine records throughout their life cycle
* Perform regular maintenance fly forward reports
* Manage schedule for aircraft audits.
* Assist Powerplant team with maintaining and updating engine forecast reports.
* Continuous update of internal knowledge base
* Support the following:
Review of monthly ABS reports
Commercial teams with aircraft and engine specifications.
Development of internal forecasting tools and systems
Diligence on reconfiguration costs, underwriting information
Technical team with budget management, invoicing, and POs.
Technical team with maintenance reserve escalations, adjustments, and reconciliations.
MR tables/database, vendor coordination and other ad hoc support.
Third party service suppliers with access to OEM portals, document retrieval and system access.
Development of reports in Power BI
* Produce scheduled data sets for fleet appraisals.
* Ad hoc requests of a technical nature
Qualifications
* Previous experience and competent user of lease management software
* Familiarity with digital records management systems
* Highly competent user of Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools would be an advantage.
* 3+ years of experience in an aircraft lessor technical department,
aircraft technical management consultancy or an airline technical department
* Functional understanding of aircraft technical records and maintenance practices required.
