About the opportunity About the role: As the Global Early Careers CoE Project Lead/Administrator, you will take on a vital role in the startup of a new and exciting Early Careers (EC) Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting the Early Careers CoE program lead in the smooth execution of EC initiatives. This position combines project coordination, stakeholder management, and administrative expertise to help us drive the benefits of the Early Careers CoE: Work with our internal teams to design & implement a globally consistent early career “attraction, selection, assessment, hiring & onboarding” approach. It requires someone who has a passion for Early Career Talent and a genuine interest in engaging with and attracting early career talent to support Ericsson's vision and mission as an employer of choice. is passionate and knowledgeable about Early Careers and motivated by the exciting opportunity that lies ahead for our Talent Acquisition team and Early Careers at Ericsson. What you will do: Project Coordination / Administrative Support Design, develop & maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including reports and templates Assist with managing workshops, preparing agendas, gathering & documenting relevant data from stakeholders Establish relationships and ways of working across other Talent Acquisition CoEs, & Stakeholders in all our projects Data Analysis and research on external trends within the Early Careers space Project Coordination Assist in planning and implementing EC program activities Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to the program lead and work with the wider Talent Acquisition & People organization Communication and Stakeholder Management Facilitate effective communication among team members and all our stakeholders Support in preparing and distribute project updates and reports Liaise with internal Talent Acquisition CoEs, regional TA & People teams, and external partners Assist in organizing and coordinating Early Career events and initiatives Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness of our projects and ways of working Support the development and implementation of best practices Assist in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success Community Building & Future Planning Help create and nurture an Early Careers Ecosystem, fostering strong partnerships across Ericsson. Support on initiatives that ensure alignment and garner support for the global Early Careers strategy. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in workflows and ways of working within global early careers initiatives. Assist in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success against established global metrics. The skills you bring: Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels globally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with global project management tools, applicant tracking tools, CRM, and a thirst for knowledge for learning new tools Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work effectively in a global context. Team Collaboration: Capability to work closely with internal teams such as Talent Marketing, Communications, and Business Partnerships to support hiring projects, onboarding stages, and employer advocacy initiatives. Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, work with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience Knowledge of early careers processes, activities, and best practices on an international scale Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role within HR, Talent Acquisition, & Early Careers programs.
