Responsible for the safety of the water supply monitoring water quality and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Hours & Benefits: ? 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday ? Location: Kings Cross ? Yearly salary (competitive) ? 25 days holiday bank holidays Key Tasks: ? Conduct tests on the water to ensure it meets quality and safety standards. ? Inspect and maintain equipment associated with the water systems in the building. ? Carry out maintenance on water treatment equipment. ? Advise on water safety and health regulations. ? Understand, comply and implement statutory health and safety regulations with regard to the tasks being undertaken. ? Understand and implement organisational safety requirements for themselves and others, including responsibility and supervision for safe access to water systems and the handling of chemicals. ? Maintain a safe environment for other building occupants during water treatment operations including any relevant signage and notifications. ? Able to contribute to the development of operational solutions and improvements e.g., safer working practices. ? Assess the performance of a water system treatment programmes and provide recommendations for improvement ? Maintain all required statutory documentation regards the installed water systems. ? Provide guidance to PMs to ensure facilities are in full compliance with all local regulatory requirements ? Participate in water facility audits and project reviews ? Assist in preparation of audit findings and recommendations ?
