Lead Administrative Assistant
We have an opportunity for a Lead Administrative Assistant to join us at Honeywell, in Bracknell, where you will provide high-level administrative support primarily to our Engineering and Service teams. You will play a crucial role in coordinating meetings and events and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Honeywell UOP organization, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the teams to focus on flawless execution.
You will report directly to the Honeywell UOP Director of Engineering and Equipment.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide seamless support to the Honeywell UOP organization as a key member of the regional admin team, including scheduling and coordinating global meetings across multiple time zones.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and visitors and assist with letters of invitation and visa applications for visiting staff and customers.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assist with project management tasks, and process legal contracts ready for signature.
* Manage purchase requisitions in Compass/SAP and provide general administrative support, including organizing events, conferences, team meetings, and managing phone calls, emails, and mail.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating relevant expertise.
* Flexible and team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work within a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective correspondence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
