Salary: Up to £46,464 (depending on experience) + Essential Car User Allowance + Shift Allowances

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a diverse caseload, providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable children and families
* Undertaking assessments, planning, and implementing social work plans, ensuring children’s welfare and safety
* Working closely with other agencies to coordinate appropriate responses to assessed needs
* Engaging in direct work with children, families, and carers, focusing on building resilience and reducing dependency on services
* Representing Children’s Services in Family Courts and statutory panels as needed
* Maintaining accurate casework records and reports to meet government and statutory requirements
Requirements of the role:
* Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
* Strong knowledge of statutory legislation and experience working with children in need, protection cases, or family proceedings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
* Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
