Experience required…
Essential:
UK experience within a public, private or third-sector UK-based client
Experience in undertaking S278 technical checks/reviews
Competency with the use of DMRB, TSRGD and Design Standards
Understanding and awareness of legal agreements (including S278/ S38 agreements)
Experience in dealing with the highway adoption process once schemes are completed and the transfer of the asset's responsibility to the authority is required
Experience of Traffic Regulation Orders
A full UK driving licence
Desirable:
General awareness of planning process
Relevant design software/CAD/Civils 3D /where appropriate
