Tasks:
* Develop, validate, and maintain statistical programs for the analysis of real-world data, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
* Perform data management tasks, including data cleaning, data transformation, and data integration from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data scientists, and clinical researchers, to design and implement statistical analyses that address specific research questions.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for programming processes, data management workflows, and analysis results to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
* Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in real-world data.
* Assist in the preparation of statistical reports, presentations, and publications, summarizing findings and providing insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in statistical programming (Minimum 4+ years of experience) using languages SAS and R.
* Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality.
* Experience with real-world data sources, such as electronic health records, claims data, or patient registries, is preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
