Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and update client data in real-time. Prepare and submit payrolls and HMRC returns within deadlines. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory payments. Administer client pension schemes and manage timely submissions. Provide exceptional customer service and manage client expectations. Perform year-end activities, including P60 distribution. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Skills & Experience: ✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ✔ Professional, organized approach to workload management. ✔ Effective time management, able to meet strict deadlines. ✔ Self-motivated with excellent communication and numeracy skills. ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a payroll or similar role. ✔ GCSE Maths grade C or above.
