The Role
We are currently looking to recruit Team Managers to our Safeguarding and Looked After Children services.
The post will see you manage a team of approximately 6 Social Workers, holding statutory work in accordance with the service area you will work within. For example, our Safeguarding service work with children subject to Child Protection planning, Child in Need cases, PLO and Court proceedings.
We aim to work towards a standard of excellence, working with the statutory framework and Bolton’s policies and procedures, effectively managing performance and producing high quality work which makes a difference to our children of Bolton.
We also focus on working effectively with our partner agencies to ensure that every child receives the support they require at the right time to allow them to achieve their best possible outcomes.
If this sounds like an opportunity you’d like to know more about, we’d love to hear from you. For an informal chat, please contact Nick Libell, Head of Service, nick.libell@bolton.gov.uk.
