What do you bring An ideal candidate would likely have the following profile; - Excellent planning and scheduling knowledge and skills - Skilled in the use of scheduling tools/ software. Experience in Smartsheet is highly desirable - Proactive identification and mitigation of scheduling issues and risks - Ability to prioritise workload - Committed to achieving deadlines without compromising quality and cost - Demonstrable experience introducing process change across functions in a similar environment, including leading presentations and workshops - An excellent and clear communication and reporting skills at all levels - Customer and business focused Desirable skills, knowledge & behaviours - Qualified or aiming towards a project management / planning qualification e.g. APM, PMI - Knowledge of high value, customer engineered project company processes - Experience with project planning adjacent software e.g. Autodesk, PowerBI - Knowledge of commercial terms and condition - Strong Excel Skills - Knowledge of compressor system packaging technical requirements We've put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don't worry if your experience and expertise isn't an exact match. What will you do - Develop strong cross functional relationships to support successful delivery of all projects. - Identify and implement improvements to processes to reduce lead-time, working capital and achieve OTD and quality objectives. - Monitor and report on all active projects, working within a weekly schedule management cycle, alongside the project teams and Project Managers. Ensure project movements are up to date, and monitor critical paths to delivery. - Identify resource and delivery blockers from pre-contract to cash for all packaging projects and interface with all project managers and resource managers to provide solutions. - Monitor and report on KPI's and project tasks.
