We're looking for passionate and proactive individuals to assist our passengers, ensuring a smooth and accessible journey for all. As part of our station team, you'll provide hands-on support, including helping customers with luggage, deploying ramps for wheelchair users, and offering travel information.
What You'll Do?
1. Deliver outstanding customer service
2. Assist passengers, especially those with additional needs
3. Handle luggage and deploy ramps for accessibility
4. Maintain a visible presence and ensure a safe environment
What You Need?
1. Experience in a customer-facing role
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills
3. Confidence in handling various situations
4. Ability to use smartphone technology
Shift Pattern?
Rotating early and late shifts (06:00 – 22:30), including weekends and bank holidays.
What to Expect?
* After submitting your application, you'll complete an online assessment (recommended on a laptop/computer).
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview.
* Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Basic DBS check.
* Full training will be provided, including a 2-week training programme in Swindon.
