As the earth's most customer-centric company, Amazon obsesses at improving customer experience on a daily basis. We are looking for a motivated full-time Senior Associate to join our Global Business Services within Customer Experience & Business Trends in Bangalore, India.
Key job responsibilities
1. Performing a wide range of data collection, categorization, validation, survey creation, and data processing related tasks.
2. Using high level of judgement to determine/identify differentiated experiences and/or trends.
3. Partner with internal stakeholders on execution, escalate operational issues, draft SOPs.
4. Conduct trainings for the team whenever required to improve cross-skilling and build more capabilities.
5. Contribute and lead process improvement initiatives that impact overall efficiency/ quality.

Customer Experience and Business Trends is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We are a team of builders that develop products, services, ideas, and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings – for almost every business at Amazon – for every customer (e.g., consumers, developers, sellers/brands, employees, investors, streamers, gamers). Our approach is based on determining the customer need, along with problem solving, and we work backwards from there. We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. We are a global team, made up of a diverse set of profiles, skills, and backgrounds – including: Product Managers, Software Developers, Computer Vision experts, Solutions Architects, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, Business Analysts, Risk Managers, and more.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
* Experience with Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Previous work experience, specially handling data recording and business analysis
* Interest in e-commerce, gaming industry
* Willingness to learn and passion for improving the overall customer experience
* Self-starter, motivated, and extremely organized
