The Council recently approved an ambitious programme of housing-led regeneration and renewal which will bring forward additional investment of £100m over the next ten years to deliver modern, high quality, energy efficient, affordable Council housing. You will work within the Housing Regeneration and Development Team to assist with the development and delivery of this investment programme, including liaison with tenants, tenant organisations, owners and partner organisations.
You will be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of information relating to housing and housing-related services, for promoting tenant and resident engagement and supporting the development and delivery of regeneration initiatives.
You will have relevant experience of housing/ housing-related services, with the ability to organise your own workload and to work to deadlines and effectively as part of a team. You will have effective communication and IT skills.
It is desirable you have experience of collecting, analysing and reporting statistical information and experience of working with tenants and local communities.
A relevant degree or professional qualification is also desirable.
