Residential Support Worker
Shift Pattern: 2 days in 4 off, 48-hour shift. 10 sleep-ins a month (Extra £60 each sleep).
You will be supporting children and young people living in residential homes, fostering their independence and empowering them to build a brighter future. Your role will be to provide care and guidance, helping to ensure better outcomes for these vulnerable individuals.
Key Requirements:
* NVQ/QCF level 3 award in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or Caring for Children and Young People. (Essential for this role)
* Willingness to achieve level 4 (Salary will increase)
