Role Overview The FP&A Manager will work directly with the Group CFO & COO across all aspects of group reporting, budgeting, planning and commercial analysis. The role has significant growth potential and will be suited to a candidate keen to learn and advance their career. Department Overview You will be part of our Finance team based at Harwell Campus. The Finance team currently comprises 10 people responsible for managing all aspect of financial reporting and control for a real estate portfolio with a total value well in excess of £2bn. Key Responsibilities Working closely with the CFO to formulate the medium to long term financial and strategic plan Lead the quarterly valuations exercise including maintenance of valuation models Manage key financial processes including forecasting, budget planning and performance reporting Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to the CFO Assist with preparation of board papers and financial analysis supporting key decisions Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts Analyse financial and operational results to better understand company performance Qualifications and Skills Advanced financial modelling and valuations Excellent knowledge of MS Excel Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills Good organisational/time management skills and rigorous eye for detail Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships Prior real estate experience highly desirable Benefits Discretionary bonus BUPA Healthcare & Dental – (healthcare - family cover, Dental - employee only) Life Insurance Income protection Pension – 5% matching EV leasing scheme Cyclescheme Charity payroll giving Employee Assistance Programme Discounted gym membership
