They are seeking an experienced, passionate, and sales-oriented Ship Chartering and Agency Manager to lead and grow the business in line with targets.

Salary & Benefits Package
* £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success.
* This is a full-time position.

Key Requirements of the Role
* Proven track record in shipbroking, specifically in short sea chartering.
* Strong network within the maritime industry.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to work from the client’s office in Goole (within 30 miles).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Responsibilities
* Negotiate and arrange shipping contracts.
* Develop new business and assist with marketing.
* Maintain and develop relationships with ship owners, charterers, and other industry stakeholders.
* Provide market insights and analysis to clients.
* Ensure the successful execution of chartering contracts.
* Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
