About the role
We are seeking an Assistant IT Support Technician to join our team responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure within the Computer Science Department at UCL. The role will involve working with a wide variety of IT and Audio-Visual hardware across multiple sites as well as supporting staff at all levels of computer literacy. The post is funded for 1 year in the first instance. The post is open to internal candidates only.
About you
The successful candidate will have a good general education with sound literacy and numeracy skills. They will have experience of working in a team environment, a working knowledge of computer hardware and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
