It's an exciting time to join the business as their new Customer Service Account Handler, being part of a close-knit and friendly team and being a pivotal part of the company's ongoing success in providing the best service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with clients and engineers to book planned maintenance, remedial works and additional tasks.
* Ensure these works are completed within deadlines and commercially correct.
* Support with the administration and provision of Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
* Ensure that all emergency call-outs are attended within set timescales.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, being an advocate for the business values and positive reputation.
* Deliver prompt service and manage any queries effectively, escalate any issues immediately to the Team Leader to avoid complaints.
* Detailed administration and record keeping.
To Be Successful:
* Strong computer skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Naturally ambitious and organised.
* Previous experience in a customer service environment - we can teach you everything else!
* Genuine team player that can use their own initiative.
* Capacity to learn.
