What makes Community Integrated Care a great place to work:
Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enriching the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.
Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over national and regional awards!

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker? Are you looking for flexible shifts to work around your current commitments? If so, then maybe a bank Support Worker role is for you! We are currently recruiting for bank Support Workers to join our teams, supporting individuals in their own homes in both Alloa and Tullibody. In these services, we support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns and physical health needs to live the best lives possible, by providing person-centred support tailored to their own needs. So what does this mean for you? You will be supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis with anything they might need support with. This can include:
16. Supporting to attend community activities, events or sharing in their favourite hobbies
17. Assisting people to maintain their own homes and finances
18. Administering medication
19. Supporting with daily tasks, which may include personal care such as assisting with showering, using the bathroom etc
The shift patterns are arranged to maximise time with the people we support and minimise disruption in their days, so we can predominantly offer 12 hour shifts during the day (generally 8am - 8pm or 9am - 9pm) and would welcome applications from candidates who would be willing to support on sleepovers and waking nights too. Your values:
The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun!
We like people who are reliable and honest, so the people we support can build trust and know that you have their best interests at heart.
