As a Customer Assistant, you will already be a natural when it comes to customer service; however, with our bespoke training, you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience.
Working in one of our departments, your day will be filled with a variety of interesting tasks, from checking stock and keeping records to ensuring health & safety and food hygiene. Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. If they're happy, then we're happy - and that's what Booths is all about. You don't need retail experience to join our family, but you do need to be the kind of warm, friendly, hardworking, and innovative person who can shine in front of our customers and fit comfortably into a hardworking close team.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer Assistant roles will require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week.
Advertised rates of pay are applicable to 21 years +: Under 18: £9.00; 18 – 20 years: £9.50.
Additional Information:
Candidate will be working on the Process Team. Hours are during the day with some late night work possible. Weekend availability is essential.
