5. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and effective communication regarding repairs or maintenance.
6. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and services to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
1. Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the automotive or mechanical industry.
2. Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous to understand customer needs better.
3. Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
