We are recruiting for an Evidence Engagement Officer, Northern Ireland in the newly formed Evidence Services: Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales Team. You will support our goal of being an evidence-based funder as an embedded analyst in Northern Ireland while also working as part of the Fund-wide Evidence and Impact Team. You will capture evidence of impact, policy and practice internally and externally while also creating and sharing learning from our funding practice and the projects we support. You will set a high priority on using this to inform decision-making in Northern Ireland. Collaboration with other teams will be crucial. By following our ethos of 'One Fund approaches, adapted locally', you will work in a matrix team with other analysts from across the Evidence and Impact Team to use common evidence products and services that support Northern Ireland to use and apply knowledge and learning from across the Community Fund in an accessible way. We are looking for someone who can give advice to colleagues and decision makers on how funding can achieve greatest impact through both an engaging and concise writing style and presenting findings verbally to a range of audiences. You will do so by engaging with our Fund-wide data and dashboards, and you will support Northern Ireland colleagues to make full use of our Business Intelligence and reporting products. As a champion for good data quality, you will work to ensure that our corporate grant records represent the reality of projects on the ground. As this role is serving the Northern Ireland Portfolio, it will be based in our Belfast Office.
