What You'll Do Keep mechanical systems safe and compliant with UK and EU standards.
Plan and oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring high standards from staff and contractors.
Carry out inspections, repairs, upgrades, and fault-finding.
Monitor and report on maintenance performance, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Work on multi-disciplinary projects, from initial surveys to completion.
Identify and implement energy-saving measures.
Maintain up-to-date records in the CAFM system.
What You'll Bring Level 4 qualification in engineering or similar.
NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and regulations (HASAW, PSSR, LOLER, PUWER, CoSHH).
Proficiency with CAFM systems.
Great communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience with steam installations (a bonus).
A clean UK Driving Licence.
