Duties will include: Student Triage - via SSimS First point of contact (using templates) in relation to lower-level enquiries Coordinating ISM/JSM meetings Booking student meetings Exam resit emails Summary timelines for appeals Pass lists and other lists Transfer request administration Completing concessions paperwork - application, medical evidence receipt, department and faculty liaison, updating spreadsheet Withdrawals workflow Updating student support tracker (logging DSPs, concessions, exam deferrals, August resits and medical evidence).
