A contract opportunity for an experienced SC cleared Digital Service Delivery Manager to lead the overall development of a portfolio of digital services in the Defence Sector. Candidates to ideally hold active SC clearance, also have a depth of public sector experience working to Government Digital Service standards. Responsibilities: Use experience in digital thinking, cultural awareness, service design and delivery practices to further develop the service and realise the end clients vision. Adopt a portfolio view, managing end-to-end services that include multiple products and channels, and influence policy and delivery teams to ensure they’re considering the needs of users in all aspects of their work. Play a key role in defining, monitoring and meeting Service Level Agreements. Required Experience: Leading the continuous improvement and operation of a digital service. Building and delivering against strategies to transform and join-up digital or non-digital services. Motivating and empowering teams and individuals & delivering using Agile methodologies. Working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing outcomes, managing expectations, and facilitating discussions about risk and complexity successfully. Gathering, analysing, and using user insight and performance data to design and continually improve digital services to ensure responsiveness to changing needs and technical developments. Strong experience following ITIL V4.0 Practices Knowledge on decommissioning. Additional Information Day Rate: £450-500 IR35: Outside Location: Hybrid - once a fortnight onsite in Portsmouth Duration: 6 months (significant opportunity for extension) Active SC Clearance preferred, lapsed SC acceptable.
