Great opportunity for someone from a Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management background!
This fast-growing SaaS technology company is looking for someone to support clients, understand their issues and feedback, translating it into actionable insights to ensure they get the most value from their investment in the company's products and strengthen relationships.
This is a non-sales role, but you may have experience in customer service, Sales & Account Management, or client success from a different company.
What they're looking for:
1. Commercial experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
2. Enthusiastic and great at building relationships
3. Comfortable speaking with clients and problem-solving
4. Eager to learn and grow within the technology & software industry
5. A background in SaaS or IT is a bonus but not essential
