Job Description
Salary: Up to £25,000
Location: Aston
Working Hours: 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30
Responsibilities
* Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform to support business objectives.
* Develop and implement new features and functionalities within HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems, including e-commerce platforms and lead generation tools.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create workflows, automate processes, and improve communication with prospects and customers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot’s performance and integrations.
* Customize and configure HubSpot templates, modules, and assets to meet business requirements.
* Work with APIs to enhance platform capabilities and ensure smooth data flow between HubSpot and other systems.
* Monitor platform usage and provide recommendations for improvements based on analytics and reporting.
* Stay up to date with HubSpot’s product updates and industry best practices, implementing relevant features to enhance business outcomes.
* Assist in training internal users and stakeholders on HubSpot functionality and best practices.
Qualifications
* Familiarity and experience with API integrations and data flow between systems.
* Knowledge of backend technologies, including C#, .NET (WinForms/MVC), and Node.js. Foundational knowledge of SQL and database management.
* Competency in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with Visual Studio for development and debugging.
* Exposure to SQL databases and managing data queries.
