We’re hiring for a Customer Support Manager to join an industry-leading company in CNC technology at their site based in Leamington Spa.
This is a dynamic role that will see you managing service engineers, resolving customer issues, and driving continuous improvement.

1. £60,000 - £70,000 per year
2. Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm (early finish on Fridays)

What will you be doing as a Customer Support Manager?
1. Managing and supporting the field-based Service Engineers and office-based Technical Helpdesk team
2. Overseeing the allocation and scheduling of engineers to meet customer needs
3. Providing hands-on support for major service issues, including diagnosis and root cause analysis
4. Reviewing and resolving escalated service invoices and queries
5. Monitoring and addressing quality control issues on machine tools
6. Ensuring compliance with UKCA/CE requirements for machine tool modifications
7. Conducting customer site visits to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
8. Identifying training needs for Service Engineers to expand their skills
9. Promoting continuous improvement within the service department
What do you need?
1. Proven experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment
2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in IT systems and reporting tools
4. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
5. Background in machine tools or engineering (desirable)
