Summary
This apprenticeship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain technical quality skills in a dynamic engineering environment. Apprentices will assist in FAIs (first article inspection), fault diagnosis, and compliance to ISO/AS standards. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and a recognized qualification upon completion.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Support the Quality Manager with all aspects of quality inspections (First offs, First article, etc..)
* Work with CAD software to create and modify engineering drawings
* Help ensure that all processes meet ISO/AS regulations
* Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Support engineers in diagnosing faults and implementing solutions

* Comply with engineering standards and regulations. For example, British Standards (BS), International Organisation for Standardisation standards (ISO). European Norm (EN).
* Analyse engineering and manufacturing data and information to support technical outputs. For example, read and interpret text, data, engineering drawings, work instructions, method statements, operation manuals.
