Interim FP&A Manager\n6-months\n£600-£650 per day Outside IR35\nSouthampton with hybrid working\n\nChilworth Partnership are assisting a highly acquisitive PE backed business with their recruitment of an Interim FP&A Manager for an initial period of 6-months.\n\nReporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:\n\nDevelop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\nDesign and implement performance analytics to monitor and improve KPIs across the organisation.\nOwnership of the Budget and forecast process for the Group.\nLead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth, principally migration of existing ERP to Cloud.\nTransition to Power BI to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making.\nYou will:\n\nQualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA\nExperience in a relevant FP&A role ideally within a Private Equity environment\nHave experience of 3 statement modelling and working through multiple forecast cycles.\nHave strong data skills with good ERP implementation and ideally Power Bi experience.\nChilworth Partnership Ltd (also trading as Venture Recruitment Partners) is a Recruitment Agency.
