This is a temporary, fixed term role for maternity leave replacement, based in Sunderland. the expected duration is 6 months. The right candidate will support with the tasks related to People, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of the department and in the motivation of the team. Manage the recruitment process (disclosure, identification of candidates, qualification, interview, selection and hiring). To collaborate in the fulfilment of the Training Plan, managing and operating the planned training actions, as well as the management and approval of the logistics services necessary for the mobility of the workers (e.g., travel for training). Assist on the payroll, colleting data, liase with payroll administrator; Ensure compliance with all legal and tax obligations arising from wage processing. To collect, verify, and archive the documentation concerning the employees (identification, proof of qualifications, training, health at work, contracts, etc.) in the places foreseen by Endiprev's management system. Assist the process of performance assessment by competencies (elaboration, collection an analysis of performance evaluation questionnaires). To actively collaborate for a good working environment and a good relationship between Endiprev's employees, provide a feeling of unifying culture in Endiprev and the collective is more important than the individual. To comply with the procedures and safety rules established by Endiprev and/or the clients. Cooperate, whenever requested by the Manager, with the people from the homologous processes of the Group's companies.
