The Job Role
o The experienced proactive sales manager will be the face of the hotel
o To proactively sell all market segments for the hotel including meetings events and corporate
o Manage existing client accounts as well as pro-actively selling and developing new accounts to drive revenue for the hotel
o Identify opportunities for new local corporate business
o The sales manager will be responsible for client show-rounds, FAM trips as well as representing the hotel & company at trade shows & exhibitions
The Requirements
o Proven track record of driving new business within the hotel industry
o Natural sales professional
o Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
o A solid track record of securing new business within meetings and a wide range of events
o The proactive sales manager will have previous experience in key account management and new business
