Customer Experience Manager
We are a hugely successful and pioneering machinery manufacturer proud to be delivering innovative, bespoke solutions and turnkey systems to our customers all over the world. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a high-calibre Customer Experience Manager who will manage the day to day operations of the commercial team, across both new sales and after care. The Customer Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining focus on business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture within a team of 10 staff. In addition to managing the team, this role will be hands-on in executing tasks and driving key deliverables as well as collaborating closely with customers ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
