We’re looking for a Site Supervisor with a civils/groundworks background to help deliver high-quality projects, on time and on budget. If you know how to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and keep standards sky-high, this could be for you. You’ll start on a major project in Swindon, but future projects could take you across the UK. Flexibility to travel is key Experience Site experience in civils/groundworks – You know what it takes to deliver. SC Clearence (or equivalent) Leadership skills – Confident in managing subcontractors & site teams. Health & Safety knowledge – SMSTS, CSCS Supervisor card & Asbestos Awareness required. Strong eye for detail – Quality, temporary works & snagging closeouts matter. Standard IT skills & reporting experience – You’ll need to manage documentation. Would be preferred if you have First Aid at Work qualification and experience managing temporary works procedures Job Responsibilities Keeping site operations running smoothly – Supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring a high standard of work. Managing quality & compliance – Making sure works meet specs, closing out snagging lists, and handling QA inspections. Health & Safety First – Enforcing site safety standards, risk assessments, and method statements. Material & Programme Planning – Ordering materials on time to avoid delays and keeping a close eye on progress.
