Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor:
Managing high volume outbound calls, reach out to individuals about outstanding membership fees, subscriptions, declarations, and applications.
Work towards challenging targets and manage enquiries to completion, aiming for 5-star satisfaction scores.
Identify and contact individuals who have unpaid fees or subscriptions, update contact information, and help drive organizational growth.
Assist members and students by understanding their journey and highlighting the value of available products and services.
