Clinical Support Worker (Community Rehabilitation)

We are looking to recruit a full-time Senior Therapy Support Worker to work in the Ilfracombe Community Rehabilitation Team. Based at the Tyrrell Hospital in Ilfracombe, you will work with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Assistant Practitioners to provide therapeutic and clinical interventions to help support people in their own homes.
We work with patients with a wide range of acute and long-term conditions and cover an area that stretches from Ashford to Exmoor.
Typical daily duties could include equipment provision or implementing rehabilitation care plans prescribed by our Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Assistant Practitioners. We are looking for someone with good communication and interpersonal skills who is able to prioritise their own caseload.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30-16.30
