Digital Marketing is a newly formed team, sitting across the S&A division of PIB Group. There are 5 brands within the division, covering a variety of insurance products from Pet and Motor to Childcare and Healthcare. The group is proud of the heritage of its businesses, with hundreds of years of collective experience in serving customers and leading the way for the industries they serve.
Role Responsibilities:
* Advocating positive User Experience amongst the wider team.
* Owning the website analysis for performance and user behaviour and making suggestions to the business for improvements.
* Working with product owners, UX researchers and Marketing to define requirements for website and application improvements.
* Translating business requirements into positive user experiences and behaviours.
* Working with the UX Researcher to understand users experience with websites and developing insights that support improvements.
* Producing wireframes, prototypes, interactive designs and user flows for testing and presenting to users.
* Adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Best Practices.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technological developments and awareness of client competitors activity.
