Senior Programme Coordinator
London or Liverpool - Hybrid working
£31,267 (Liverpool) or £34,608 (London)
Hours: 35 hours per week. Standard working hours between 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
Minimum of 6 days per month in the office
We are recruiting a senior programme coordinator to join the Accreditation Unit that sits within the Care Quality Improvement Directorate. This role is offered within a hybrid working environment with a blend of office and homeworking.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and high performing team within the well-established and highly successful Accreditation Unit at the Royal College of Physicians.
As senior programme coordinator, you will make an impact every day by:
1. Overseeing the projects, deliverables and resources, which includes line managing a small team and supporting them with the delivery of their projects.
2. Overseeing the accreditation pathway from start-to-finish, ensuring that the assessment process is managed efficiently and to high quality standards.
3. Providing ideas to improve what we do, bringing in creativity and enthusiasm for process improvement and change.
4. Delivering projects to improve the quality of the programmes and the service that we offer pulmonary rehabilitation, allergy, and clinical immunology services across the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be exceptionally organised.
2. Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to seek out and implement improvements in our processes.
3. Be able to confidently liaise and communicate with a range of individuals, including senior external stakeholders and clinicians.
4. Be experienced at planning and working to deadlines, using own initiative, and able to work flexibly as a member of a busy team.
5. Have a passion for improving the healthcare workforce and be experienced in project delivery.
