The Role:
* Ensuring guests receive a welcoming meet and greet on arrival
* Assisting guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms
* Dealing with enquiries and questions from guests
* Being an involved and active member of the Reception team
* Liaising with departments and assisting where necessary
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all guest-facing areas; checking terraces, lounges and the outdoor pool area are clean and tidy
* Assisting with the smooth guest journey across the hotel
* Assisting with room service on busy days
Skills:
* Excellent knowledge of the local area and seasonal attractions
* Gain an understanding of the hotel, grounds, rooms, and facilities
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Enthusiastic and reliable
* Willingness to go above and beyond in assisting hotel guests and supporting the wider Calcot team
* Driving license
* Weekend availability is required. The role operates on a rolling rota, with typical days off falling on Tuesday and Wednesday.
