About the Role
What will you be doing?
Digital Marketing
* Plan, create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social, organic, and email channels to drive engagement and conversions.
* Ongoing analysis of KPIs to measure campaign performance and effectiveness.
* Distribution of digital monthly reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Support the Marketing Director in developing and managing the content calendar across various digital channels.
* Updating website CMS with new content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
* Proofreading digital content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Ad hoc administrative duties related to digital marketing activities.
Design
* Design and create engaging creatives for paid media, social, organic, email campaigns, and events.
* Work with third-party agencies on design briefs when required.
* Support the Marketing Director with brand guideline enforcement and consistency across all digital assets.
Reporting & Analysis
* Benchmarking and competition analysis to identify best practices across digital marketing platforms.
* Generate monthly reports across the full digital marketing mix, providing data-driven insights.
* Conduct in-depth Google Analytics reporting to track user behaviour, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives through A/B testing and performance optimisation strategies.
Qualifications
Who are you?
* A perfectionist, who keeps up to date with technology. You have a qualification or relevant degree in marketing. You have an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts. Previous roles gave you experience with business-to-business social media and content generation. You can evidence your strong creative and analytical skills.
