Laboratory Technician // Oncology & Women’s Health // Start-up CRO // Nottingham
You are experienced in laboratory operations, organisation, and maintenance. You come from a scientific background and are a proactive problem solver.
Why have you developed these skills? Was it because you thrive in a laboratory environment and want to help scientists develop the next generation of care for cancer patients?
We are working with an exciting Nottingham based start-up CRO who are driving therapeutic research into cancer and diseases affecting women’s health, both for inhouse projects and for their clients. They are looking to hire a Laboratory Technician to help manage stock, reagent preparation, waste control, decontamination, equipment, calibrations, and laboratory operations.
This is the very first time they have hired a Laboratory Technician so this is a role you can really make your own. You will have the voice to introduce your own ideas, help define laboratory processes and get involved in all things laboratory operations.
Being part of a dynamic start-up means every day will be different, you will work in a tight knit collaborative group, be very visible, and your success will be vital to the workings within the lab. Training and development will be available so you can get the most out of your role.
If you are an experience laboratory technician with a BSc or MSc who is looking for an opportunity to enable cancer research, apply online here or reach out to isaac@singulartalent.io
We look forward to hearing from you!
