About the Role: GSL Education are actively seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant for immediate placement at a client school in Hull. EYFS Teaching Assistant Role: Assisting the class teacher in meeting students' educational and social needs. Providing personalised 1:1 support to a student with complex requirements. Prioritising the enhancement of social, life, and communication skills through tailored lessons, activities, and group sessions. Collaborating closely with learners with complex needs alongside a lead teacher. Contributing to the planning and preparation of learning activities, resources, and materials aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Assisting in the assessment process and maintaining comprehensive records of each child's development and progress. The Successful Candidate Will: Have prior experience in a support role within a school or a child-related setting. Exhibit a compassionate and professional attitude, with enthusiasm to assist with personal care for students. Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
