Educational Psychologist

Full time, 52-week contract.
Salary: £60,941- £71,520
Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an Educational Psychologist on behalf of one of our clients. In this role, you will work closely with schools, families, and other professionals to assess and support children and young people with learning, emotional, and behavioural challenges. You will provide expert advice on interventions and strategies to enhance the educational experience for all students.
What you'll do:
* Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning needs and emotional difficulties.
* Develop and implement individualised intervention plans.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective learning environments.
* Provide training and guidance to educational staff on psychological topics.
* Offer counselling and support for students dealing with emotional or behavioural difficulties.
What we're looking for:
* Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology (or equivalent).
* HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with children and young people in educational settings (preferred).
