This job will involve managing the installation, removal & refurbishment of stairlifts. Ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality, productivity, and customer service whilst maximising resource outputs. As the Stairlift Installation Manager, you will work 39 Hours a week. This job is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with stairlift and management experience to lead a dedicated team, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our stairlift operations. To be successful as the Stairlift Installation Manager, you must have previous experience in stairlift installation and testing. Experience in operational leadership and implementing best practices in health and safety would be desirable. Stairlift Installation Manager Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of stairlift installations, removals and refurbishment, ensuring high standards of health and safety and compliance. Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, quality and profitability. Oversee a team of engineers and warehouse staff, delivering exceptional customer service. Monitor targets and objectives through regular site visits and reporting. Address CRM logs, accidents, and incidents effectively and promptly. Stairlift Installation Manager Requirements: NVQ2 in stairlift installation and IOSH Managing Safely certification. Previous experience in stairlift installation and operational management. Full driving license and asbestos awareness certification. Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead by example.
