We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our client Plant Protection team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while engaging with both on site teams and customers.
Duties will include:
* Maintain and organise records, files, and documentation related to plant protection
* Liaise with other departments to collate and ensure accuracy of documentation
* Provide safety information to clients, ensuring they understand all protocols
* Respond to and receive calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing support
* Assist the Plant Protection team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Update on site teams to ensure all health and safety measures are implemented correctly
The successful candidate must have:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good working knowledge of MS office
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
